There are two vesion of PlanPlus, PlanPlus for Outlook and PlanPlus for Winwdows. As these are completely different programs, it's hard to say what's wrong. Whih one did you have problems with?
I just completed a clean installatin of my Tecra M4, including installing Office 2003 and Franklin Covey Plan Plus 3.0. When I synch my pda (Audiovox PP6600 on Sprint PCS), I initially get a prompt to give permission to an application to access my outlook database (it gives me the options of everything from 1-10 minutes).
My question is, does anyone know what I need to do to grant Plan Plus 3.0 the permissions to access my Outlook address book/database all of the time so I can eliminate the annoying prompt?
As quick aside, before I did the clean install, somehow I was never prompted even though everything was installed.
Any suggestions, feedback, ideas or comments about how I should "just deal with it" (Ha-Ha) are greatly appreciated.
Brian

PlanPlus 3.0 for Outlook....... and it is more of an annoyance than a "problem".... :>)
Thanks....
That shouldn't happen with the PlanPlan programs on the Palm. It that what you are using? If you are using other Palm apps, that's not a PlanPlus issue. If you are using the PlanPlus apps, I would check in with their support.
I am using a PPC and Office 2003 -- I do get an error when installing the app on the PPC that "this application may not display properly" because it was written for PPC2002 and my phone/pda runs 2003.
I'll do some additional searching and let the gang know if/what I find....
