I just received my tablet pc a few days ago, and while I like it very much, I am a teacher, and intended to use it by cradling it in my arm and walking around the class. I found out that my tendonitis in my wrists makes it very uncomfortable to hold for more than a minute or two, and so, despite how much I like it, it's probably a lot cheaper to just keep my ibook.

I lose, you win. So, I'm willing to get rid of this. All I'd like is simply my money back. I'll give preference to the first person who can come into NYC to get it (or somewhere reasonably close), but in case noo one can pick it up in person, we'll work out shipping.

Everything is as near as mint as it can get: I've used it for probably less than 10 hours, have all original boxes.

It's not the thinkexpress. It's the faster cpu, 512mb, 40gb.

What is the second battery in the order, another 4 cell or an 8 cell?
Also, what is the warranty in the order? Is that accidental damage protection on top of the standard 3 year warranty?
