not sure of what the other tablets do but Compaq TC1000 sure wont. The Compaq is not pressure sensitive and does not Use wacom Technology.
guess there in good reason for such a use as described but it sure escapes me!
I am looking for Tablet PCs which have hardware support for multiple
pens. There are two aspects of this, and I'm interested in both:
a) Distinguishing pens by a unique ID, allowing pens with different
features.
b) Using pens simultaneously, either when several people use the same
Tablet PC, or one person with two-handed input.
It appears that Windows XP Tablet PC Edition can support both a) and
b), provided that the hardware has the support:
a) Cursor Object
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...bobjcursor.asp
b) InkCollector Object
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...collection.asp
Furthermore, as far as I can see many Tablet PCs use tablet devices
from Wacom, and from Wacom's homepage I can see that some of their
tablet devices support "dual tracking", where a mouse-like device and
pen are used simultaneously. So I was thinking that many Tablet PCs
already support input from multiple pens.
Does anybody know of Tablet PCs which have hardware support for a)
and/or b)?
Are there other resources on Tablet PC's and use of multiple pens,
other than those mentioned here?
Thank you,

I havent heard of any devices that ship with more than l pen operating at the sametime In my opinion this would be a niche application and would probably be an add-on for people who require it if there is enough demand to develop it.
