Is there a program that allows you to write anywhere on the screen, and convert it to text?

I think there is, but I forgot what it was called.

The two most popular seem to be ritePen and PenOffice. I've had more success with ritePen.

Ritepen gets my vote. Their recent update was a major improvement. A pretty uncanny ap.

Actually, OrangeGuava doesn't do write anywhere yet. I will have something out for that soon though.

ritePen is great, another vote for it! :D

OrangeGuava is cool too, but in an entirely different vein than ritePen, IMO.
