Hi guys, I notices after I install the new nvidia driver. when you click on the "minimize all" or the "show desktop" button usually included in the quick launch bar, it will minimize everything like it suppose to, but the icons that was on the desktop also disappear. The tablet then is in a slowed to a halt and only after 10-15 secs later then it recover. I used the system restore to revert back and sure enough the problem goes away. Would those of you who have installed the latest driver test to see if this problem occurs on yours? thank you!

That exact behavior did happen to me but I can't duplicate it now. I am using the new driver.

Is your Themes Service on or off?

A HA! I just duplicated it. It seems like it might be a code morphing moment(cmm). It was more like 3-4 seconds but there was the same described behavior.

I think you are right gareth. I've spoken too soon apparently because I am still getting that "delay refresh" effect even using the old nvidia driver. I have not revert to the system restore point before new cms installed, but I don't think system restore can do anything about it as I believe (though I don't know fore sure) cms code is stored in a flash rom.
