You need to have Outlook set to use Word as the default editor for email. Is it possible that you've turned it off by accident?
For some reason, I have lost the ability to insert ink into Outlook messages. I can still instert ink into Word.
I can't seem find any ink toolbar or ink comand in the menus. I am sure I was able to instert ink before, but I must have done something that resulted in the loss of that capability.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
