Anyone know of a good, easy to use software program for the tablet for an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist? I've looked at several and they're all cumbersome and tend not to take into account skeletal alignment. Any help would be much appreciated.:

Sounds like you are looking for an Electronic Health Record. The best site I have found is www.emrupdate.com but you can ask here too www.medicaltabletpc.com. The trick is to find one that is written to take advantage of the TPC. All EMRs will work on a TPC, if they work on XP Pro.

I would suggest that you try simply scanning your existing forms into a TPC and use them in Journal or OneNote etc. This is definitely the economical route. You might also check the AbletFactory for a beta EMR at www.abletfactory.com

I don't like the ablet factory EMR.One thing tablet forms haven't included yet are easy physical exam areas. They either give an open space, or hardly any space at all. What I would like to see is checkboxes, or commonly used phrases that can be selected (ex. drop down).
what you may want for PT is, like stated before, your own forms scanned in, or skeletal images and common phrases.
