My 2nd monitor is stuck in portrait mode! (I've got a Toshiba m200.) Any thoughts?

I did go ahead and query and the discussion forum, but short of the List All Modes I didn't see where my driver could be configured differently. I apologize if I missed an easy solution.

Here's the story:
Today I was tweaking my display settings to try to get my monitor to display on a 65" HDTV (darn thing only worked in 640x480 so no luck), but now that I'm back at my office I can't figure out how to get extended desktop mode to work again. It only wants to display the extended desktop in portrait mode onto my second monitor (it works fine on the Tablet itself). In the List All Modes screen all the resolutions are portrait ones (i.e., 1200x1600, 1050x1400 instead of 1600x1200, 1050x1400).

Fixed it.

There was no magic wand. I rebooted a couple times, with and without being connected to the external monitor. On the most recent reboot, I wasn't connected to the external monitor and I rebooted without having "extend my windows desktop..." checked.

After this reboot, it still appeared that the external monitor was in portrait mode. But after enabling the second monitor and then sliding the resolution scale, I found all the other ratios were landscape ones. I chose one of those and hit Apply. Since then the only options I've had for my second monitor have been portrait ones--which was the goal.
