Hey guys, anyone else is also having problem logging into Black Board? I can't get the configuration set up correctly. Yes, I have used the right password and user ID. I've also cut and paste the URL directly versus using the default for my school via Agilix online database. Please help? My school uses Bb Release 6.

SDSU's Blackboard installation must have a GoBinder Mobilizer installed for GoBinder to connect with and sync with it. Do you know if SDSU has installed one?

I, and several of my classmates, would like to use GoBinder (see http://www.gobinder.com) with the school's Blackboard server. This requires a BuildingBlock provided by Agilix called "Mobilizer" to be installed. Please see "http://www.gobinder.com/forms/pilots.aspx" for more information.

Until they install the Mobilizer, the Blackboard sync in GoBinder won't work with the SDSU server, and you'll have to manually print stuff out of Blackboard into GoBinder. (Not ideal, but you can still get your stuff out of Blackboard and into GoBinder for use on the Go.

I am not so sure whether my school has the mobilizer installed. If this will cost them $$, it is not likely it will be installed. Public school is always short of $$. Though, I pleaded with them as recommended.

I pretty much would buy GoBlinder just for the Bb feature. If is not supported by my school, then I probably won't purchase it.

Yeah, I agree, it's a very cool feature. Back when GoBinder was just an idea in our heads, it was this one feature that got me very excited about building it. I would have loved something like it when I was in school.

However, I was almost equally excited about the eBinder/printer feature. If you haven't tried it yet, download some of your materials from Bb, print those files to GoBinder Printer, and voilla...they show up in your GoBinder under a tab. You can still take the materials with you while you're offline, annotate on top of them, and use the Search feature to search both the printed stuff as well as your annotations on top.

But hey, if it doesn't suit your needs, thanks anyway for giving it a go.
