i'd remove the b card from your device manager altogether (uninstall it), turn off the unit, install the new card, and let it go through the new hardware process.

I'm about to buy an 802.11g kit to upgrade from my 3505's 802.11b. Is the switch pretty straightforward? Do I only have to slide my current Wi-Fi switch to "off" or do I have to go to device manager and disable it? Thank you in advance for any help anyone can provide.
