Here's another glitch that is causing me frustration.
I want to use my Tablet on the road to write and file my newspaper columns.
But in using the hardtop keyboard, I find it often is a character or two behind me... or misses keystrokes altogether. It iseems to have trouble keeping up... and I am NOT a fast typist. I have an m1400VA with 512MB.
I'm hoping there's a setting somewhere that can improve this???

    Mike:

When I used the hardtop keyboard, I found that I had to really hit the keys and type at a much slower pace. I had to be very deliberate in my keystrokes.

I'm not aware of any settings that would help this (unless of course you have a faulty hardtop keyboard, which I would find hard to believe).

Have you had any success in using your bluetooth keyboard?

My suggestion for the hardtop, and I agree it is a bit difficult to type on at first, is to make sure you strike the keys firmly. Additionally, you'll find it more reliable if you use it on a hard surface.

We can try to troubleshoot your bluetooth some more. I'll be at CES, perhaps we can meet there.
