I want to confirm that either one of the following part numbers will work in a M205-809 tablet.

PA3235U-1BTM - I am thinking any PA3235U pn will work.

PA3121U-3BTM

PA3121U-1BTM

Not on your list, but I can confirm the PA3235U-2BTM (Tecra M1) works in the M200. As far as I know the only difference between the PA3235U-... is the included manuals.

Also interesting to note is that the bluetooth module is actually a USB device.

Interesting. The part number that my supplier shows is, PA3235U-4BTM. I am going to order one soon. My supplier only has one model of M200 so every thing else is an add on. I am about to order a second 512M, and BT module.

I am thinking that any PA3235U-xBTM module will work - with a model specific manual in the package.
