I am running a TC1100 with an external LCD monit

I am running a TC1100 with an external LCD monitor (NEC MultiSync LCD 1810 -- 1280 X 1024 resolution) connected through a docking station. The external LCD monitor can be swiveled to either portrait or landscape.

When docked, I have configured the external LCD monitor to be an extension of my desktop (QMenu/Extended Desktop and/or Display Properties/Settings/"Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor")
and have configured the nView docked default profile accordingly.

This works flawlessly and as expected when the external LCD monitor is in swiveled into landscape mode (1280 X 1024). However, I cannot find a way to get this to work when the external LCD monitor is swiveled into portrait mode (1024 X 1280).

Anyone have any ideas what I can try?

Well, I'd have to say welcome to the club...

I purchased a 19" HP L1925. I too am using the external display in various modes. The only way I've found to switch orientations is to mirror displays, or have the external as the only active display...

Unfortunately, asking the graphics card to create dual portrait displays is just too much.

I experiment with this daily and will keep the Buzz family posted...
