Just a warning to all those folks getting ready to enjoy a long, cold winter. On Tuesday, I shut off the water to my outside faucets and drained them in anticipation of the first frost. Living in the Philadelphia area, this is an annual ritual.

Wednesday morning I got a call from a customer who had left his tablet in the car overnight. When he turned it on, there was a star pattern that hadn't been there the night before. Apparently, it had frozen and cracked. It will cost over $600 to get fixed, so...

Enjoy the winter weather, but keep your TPC warm and snug in the house. [xmas]

Yikes! Electronics in the car. We had to remind our residents to NOT to leave their PDAs in the car last year.

Hmm, I don't think I have to worry about that where I live. Today I check the thermometer and it was 37°C (98.6°F??).
