I deleted it some days ago but now I noticed that I need it do import by printing. But how do I get it back??

There currently isn't any "undelete" or "trash bin" feature, though it has been one of the top requests (ie. it's a likely candidate for the next major release).

If you have a backup from when it was there, you can just double-click the backup, select a restore location, and copy the notes out of there.
