i am wondering if there is a tablet pc with the following specs: video card 128 at least
internal dvd/cd burner
2 gig ram

There are some with DVD burners (some of the convertables) although I don't believe that any tablets have got 128M of video memory (if thats what you meant?). Most have intel shared graphics although there are a couple with nVidia cards in them, but not memory heavy ones.
I doubt any tablet is going to come with 2Gb as standard as that would be more expensive (and most people would be better off buying less memory in their tablets and buying the memory separately) but most of them are expandable like normal portables.

Risky1980....Sorry but what you want does not exist in a TPC... The tablets are not great graphic machines..probably the best two would be HP TC1100 or Toshiba M200/205... but the 128 on video is just not there...and doubt it will come in the near future.
On the 2 Gig...why???? better off to buy the minimun on the tablet...pull out that and put in two 1 gig sticks ar a price of what you would pay for just one gig OEM sticks..

Well the video card can be a 64 bit like the Acer: TravelMate® C300 Tablet PC, I am thinking of getting this tablet pc but dont know if it is a good buy
can anyone help?

well im stuying computer programming, plus im a web desinger, so alot of the things i do is on the computer I just want to have a computer that will be powerfull enough to act as my office and entertainment as well if im in the car and i plug it in and use it to watch a movie or do some work etc...

Any of the current range of tablets will be powerfull enough for what you want, some are probably better than others. You might be better off with a larger screen and a keyboard and with your list I would probably be looking at models like the toshiba m200 convertable. That would give you what is in effect an 'ordinary laptop' with tablet facilities, as well as the higher resolution. The graphics card in it isn't that impressive, but it is good enough for your stated tasks.

ya i was looking at that m200 but the there is no internal optical drive only with the acer c300 or do u know of any other ones that have an internal optical drive that are better than acer

At the moment, your wish list doesn't exist in a single tablet. Fujitsu just announced a tablet with an internal optical drive (see link below) but the video is not what you are looking for.
