Default When I am trying to enter descriptive informatio

When I am trying to enter descriptive information or a title for an appointment, the cursor is a very tiny dot. Why is it so small? Is there any way to make it larger and more easily seen?

Is this when you are in Pen mode? It is done that way so it is more discrete when using the stylus. If you are typing info, just change to the text tool and you will get the standard cursor for that.

Speaking of the text cursor, it is comletely invisible when I am using it in a note and move it out beyond the edge of the page. Also, clicking and dragging it when it is there makes it sometimes act like a highlighter in the current text colour. Usually the "ink" disappears when I click something, but sometimes I can actually select it, and this crashes GoBinder if I try to move or resize it. I sent an error report after one of these crashes.

Yeah, the cursor is the size of whatever tool you are using. So small pen=small dot, highlighter=dot of highlighter color, text tool=text line thingy, etc.
