    Default Screen orientation button..

Gott my i400D.. Nice looking unit. I had Vista pre-installed. Only one problem so far: when I click on the screen orientation button on the left hand side of the screen, the screen does not switch to portrait mode. What am I missing?

Have you checked the tablet pc settings in the control panel? Just a thought.

I had the same issue. There is a driver that needs to be loaded. Below is from the Support Forum, on the TabletKiosk site.

    Hello,
    Thanks for contacting TabletKiosk.

The problem that you are encountering is controlled by a driver that is not acting quite the way it should. Our R&D team in Taiwan is currently working to remedy the situation.

It is, however, simple to fix. Here is what you need to do:

    Go the "C" Drive
    Open “Drivers” folder
    Open “Vista” folder
    Open “Rotate” folder
Click on “Ti2YRotateSetup_Vista.msi” to reinstall driver
    Restart the machine.

The unit should now rotate properly.
If this does not work, please let us know.
