It the problem the same whether using the back end of the pen verses the eraser pen mode?
I am an engineering student and have owned my M120O Since early 2003. I have been using Go Binder for a couple weeks. Since I installed the last update, the eraser takes an enormise amort of time to erase things, and often crashes the whole program. This results in me being unable to keep up with the notes in Lecture if I use the erase and it freezes up.[cry]
An addition to go binder that I think is key, would be the scratch out gester. For the most part I line the product, as I choose it over one notes but this latest problem makes it impossable to do what I got the tablet for, which was to take notes in class. Please help.

Chris, I've experienced this too. For me it's only with the back of the pen. It really hates that. I haven't had it crash lately (though it has before), but it sure gets slow with it. The pen tip eraser works fine but that's a pain to use.
I also agree the scratch out option would be a plus due to TIP habits, but I think Agilix has heard about that one already :-P
Nice ad, by the way, for GoBinder (at the top of page bar) :) and thanks again for the key :-P
Hmm...I'm not seeing the problem with my eraser. I haven't installed Windows XP SP2 yet, either. Have you?quote:Originally posted by ChrisO

We released 2 updates in rapid succession...so forgive if you have already, but be sure to a) install GoBinder build 699, and b) send the auto-generated error report to Agilix when the crash happens. It will greatly help in diagnosing this crash.
If the problem only happens with the back of the pen then it is most likely a driver issue. We've seen it before and Acer had a patch for their old models. Check for updated drivers for your tablet.
Thanks for the responses
1. I have installed Windows sp2
2. I own a Motion tabletwith 768 megs of RAM. The motion tablet uses a Wacom digitizer, i.e. pressure sensitive.
3. I do not have an input pen with the eraser on the end. I have been using the icon on the tool bar.
4. I have installed both of the service packs for Gobinder 2005, which did come one right after the other.
5. I just got a reminder to optimize my database, which I did. Since then it froze only briefly one time, and had no crashes. I hope it continues to work. Thanks Again for the Response.
I haven't actually seen it crash since the update, thinking about it. I have sent an error thing so maybe it was fixed ^_^
I notice it slows down when I use the selection mode (either with right-click or with the select mode button). It is usually only a small amount of ink like a word or sentence, not a page full. I have noticed it slow down with the eraser, but fortunately I haven't had it crash.
Does the problem only happen in the tablet's portrait mode?
Well, it froze up during class today again. I had to do ctl-alt-del to close the program and then start it again. Also, I have been getting the message to forward the error report to Microsoft not Agilix. Does this mean it is a Microsoft issue? I have been strictly using the tablet in portrait mode. Thanks for your previous responses.
