One of my users wants Chinese input on the tablet. I have set up the unit as follows and the out come of the setup.….

The OS is English and I have turned on the Chinese language in the control panel. If he writes Chinese in One Note, it tries, unsuccessfully, translate it into English. He would like to write Chinese and have it translate it into the Chinese text. If it would translate it into English would be a plus. I’m I missing something to get this to work or does it not support this type on function. Any guidance would help…
