I often use my tablet in a remote control session with the desktop. The TIP behaves differently on the desktop. It will only anchor at top or bottom of page and I do not get the icon to display when I am in a text entry box. Anyone found a workaround?

My guess would be that this is because the TIP is an input device (like a virtual keyboard) on your Tablet. If the system you are remoted to is not a Tablet Edition, I would assume that the TIP could not pop-up on that system as it does on a Tablet since the OS on the desktop does not include the TIP.

Docking the TIP is like allowing you to see your local keyboard on the screen while interacting with the remote system.
