From Crucial's site, the M200 uses DDR2700 200 pin SoDimms.
According to CPU-z, my M200 has 512 megs of Samsung DDR-SDRAM PC2700 (2x256), Timing is 2.5, 3, 3, 7
Does M20x Series TPC's take 200 Pin SO-DIMMS or ??
Thanks,
From Crucial's site, the M200 uses DDR2700 200 pin SoDimms.

To quote the service manual:
Two DDR SO-DIMM slots support DDR333 (standard)/DDR226. Memory modules can be installed to a maximum of 2GB (2,048MB). Memory modules in 128MB (only for expansion), 256MB, 512MB and 1GB sizes are available.
The DDR333 is also known as PC 2700 around the place. Do a search here on the Toshiba board, and you'll find vendors, part numbers, best prices, compatible slower modules, etc. Have fun!
Nevermind, I was confused, both memory slots are easy to get to. 1 screw opens it up and you're okay to change out the memory.
Edit #2: I had written before that the second slot was hard to get to but that was on one of my old laptops. I deleted it and made the comment above but without the old post, it doesn't make sense. Anyway, both slots are easy to access and they use PC2700 SoDimms 200 pin, with CAS 2.5 with timing posted above.
Thanks to all for the info!
Appreciate it!!
