I tried importing my blackboard info into GoBinder and I get an error: "the password you have entered is incorrect. access is denied"
i know i'm putting in the right info
what is wrong here? could it be my school didn't pay for your mobilizer feature?
or is it a config error?
Your school doesn't have the mobilizer. I'll look into why a better error messages isn't returned.
A more accurate error message isn't returned due to an architectural artifact of mapping errors to HTTP errors and HTTP doesn't have an error code for "No Agilix Mobilizer found".
The next major release will have better error handling and messaging.
You can check if your school has mobilizer by using the menus: Mobilizer, Blackboard, Configuration, Lookup School.
