I would really like it if they could create an exam icon. I hate scheduling it like a task or appt. I would love to be able at a glance know when I have exams and how long they are like an appt.

That's a great idea. User selectable icons for tasks and appointments. Well at that point we might as well go all the way and do it for all objects.
