I want to install IIS on my tablet (C302XMi). I haven't touched the directories that the Acer CD's left when I reinstalled on purchasing the tablet to get one HDD partition.

When I select IIS in the Windows Setup it goes into starting to copy the files, then it says it cannot copy infocomm.dl_ (Or infocomm.dll) from the I386 directory.

I've checked and the file is there, I've expanded it to infocomm.dll and copied the whole I386 directory and tried there.

It still says it can't copy, but doesn't give a reason.

I did have SP2 RC2 installed, but that shouldn't have affected the I386 directory. Ive uninstalled SP2RC2 in preparation for the proper release this month.

Any thoughts?

I would check for conflicting software. I'm running IIS on Sp2 RC2, and it is fine.
