I don't own either of these tablets but I have had alot of Fujitsu Tablets and think their build quality is better than most I've tryed.
Just my 2 cents....
lets see. as it stands, these 2 models seem to offer best bang for the buck here. the way i see it, their advantages and disadvantages are as follows:
--T3010 advantages
faster chip @ 1.4ghz
B/G wifi
60gb hd (which im planning to USB-ify in favour of a 7k60 or a momentus)
bigger screen
arguably keyboard + touchpads (i prefer touchpads)
convertible, so screen protection is builtin
price: it is ever so slightly cheaper than (less than 100€ difference)
--T3010 disadvantages
(slightly?) lower build quality (plastic bits)
integrated video
fan might be noisy
viewing angle (i wish there was a david-style video for this :D)
portability (its for school, so i dont think i'd rate this as v. impt)
the TC1100 basically has those reversed.
if anyone has had experience with both machines and could offer their impressions of the 2, or if anyone else has input, i'd appreciate it.
hizz.

It all depends on what you want your TabletPC to be like. I went with HP because I like the glass screen, I like slate instead of convertible (I plan to write, not type). I've tried laptops only to find out that the keys sounded too loud in the classroom, the fan was too prevalient, and having the screen between me and the instructor affected my concentration with the lectures. It does have some better features then the tc1100 but at the cost of battery life (3.6 hours will not work with my schedule but to be fair, I do not know the life of the battery when the screen brightness is lowered). Here is a review of the t3010: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0%2C41...129TX1K0000530
