I was curious as to what people used to back up their information from their TPC. Since I'm going to be a student, I plan on doing some sort of back up everyday. That way there is less of a chance I'll lose a report or something like that. Any ideas?

As a fellow student, I would say to use a USB keydrive for incremental backups. If you have a desktop, then backup to the desktop once a week via home networking. Basically, the advice in the link rbushway gave you is very good. My additional advice would be to use the USB keydrive to backup after each class.
i had a maxtor 1-touch backup external USB HD, but switched to one i put together myself with a seagate 200GB internal i slapped into an external USB 2.0 casing... all told it only cost me $130 for the drive and $30 for the casing. it's fast and easy backing up using this sort of setup
