Electrovaya got right back to me and said the battery would be replaced. They'll be sending me RMA information.

The last couple of times I've used the battery, I've gotted 3 hours and 15 minutes, at which point the machine shuts itself off and resets its clock, all without warning. Furthermore, when it shuts itself off, it claims to have ~30% battery power left.
BUT, when I plug the scribbler back into power, it claims it is down to 2% power.
So the power meter is providing inaccurate information, maybe?
I've had the scribbler since late January. I initially got run times of better than 6 hours on the battery.
I run a lot on power and in the last few months, rarely run the battery all the way down (use it for an hour or two, and plug it back in).
Is there anything I can do to put things right, or is there something wrong with the battery?
Thanks,
Dianne

Dianne I purchase a SC300 in the middle of feb. We hadn't been using the unit for a couple of weeks. I went to turn it on the other day and nothing. If you plug it in it will work. The battery however appears to be completely dead. I was wondering if their was any one else out there with similar problems to ours. Thanks
They did issue a RMA, but I am begining to wonder if there is a reason there is only a 6 month warranty on the battery.
