I just got my M200 and I love it but I can't get the pen button to work. The "Use pen button to right-click" box is checked in the Tablet and Pen settings. Are there any other settings to change, or do I have a defective pen?

    jakejake,

    Try this:
press and hold the pen button before you touch the screen.
keep holding it and touch the pen to the screen at the point where you need the right mouse button functionality.

Another way to get the right mouse button functionality is to touch the pen to the screen, and hold it stationary for a second or two. This should be interpreted as a right mouse click.

Welcome to the club. Using the pen button to right click seems like it would be easy to do, but it does take some gettng used to.
