scratching head....
Hi, I recently built this computer and need to sell it for something more portable. I built it to use for high end movie editing, intensive gaming, autoCAD and Pro-E programs and music editing. It is a much higher quality computer than anything you could buy from dell,hp etc. The watercooling system eliminates any overheating problems and it much quieter than a normal air cooled system. The entire case glows blue with UV light, which are mounted in the case. The coolant also glows(I have new pictures of this). It is a very nice alternative to a dull, loud, and plain white box computer and will outperform anything that costs twice as much. Asking $1100 or best offer shipping is included, comes with Windows XP(have serial number), Office XP,and all the lastest drivers,AUTOCAD,DVD editing software etc. Also comes with two 17" monitors. Email mhaskell@juno.com for pictures or AIM mdhaskell
Athlon XP3100+

640mb DDR ram

Same here.
If it sounds to good to be true..., or is it a fool and his money....
The same person has posted another thread that says the money will help pay tuition and it's also a "supercomputer".

<s>Scam Alert!</s>
Hmmm... might be a scam, but those pictures are cool ... gave me and my Dad something to laugh about this morning.
Wow this board is impressive. So now i'm scamming people? And I'm a fool? Care to enlighten me as to how? I am going to commute to school next semester, and need something portable to take on the train. I thought someone here might be looking for something a little more powerful than a 1ghz crus. but instead i've seen this is the most immature board yet.quote:Originally posted by bpiltz

I don't know why people would think this is a scam. The hardcore case modders are amazing at what they do. Water cooled cases are very neat.
I don't get why people act so immature. I guess its natural to try and bring somebody else down, oh well. This is the third watercooled system I've built, wouldn't go back to air for a desktop on my life.quote:Originally posted by Trev

Here are some of my other computers.

Looks like we have an element for cooling that may have gone unnoticed by those mostly familiar with forced air. Water cooling is extremely efficient and usually much lower decibels of the pump.
As you stated "desktop" as it would be impractical in a portable environment such as laptops and TPC's.
