Not sure if this is Tablet-specific or I just have a setting messed up. (Sorry if OT)

Recently, I have been sent attached Word documents and the attachments don't show up in Outlook on my Tablet. I use MAPI mail, so if I view my inbox on my desktop, the attachment is there. (I am not using SP2)

    Here's one such e-mail I recived today:

    6.83KB

Notice there is no paperclip icon. When I open it, there are no attachments dispalyed in the header. If I open Outlook on my desktop, there is a paperclip icon and the attachments are displayed in the header

    24.17KB

Now, if I click "Forward", the attachments show up in the new e-mail:

    13.89KB

Not all attachements of Word docs do this. Here is another e-mail in my inbox that properly displays the attachment on my Tablet:

    5.16KB

    And

    15.01KB

    Any ideas?

Check your settings under Outlook's: Tools, Options, Mail format. I have noticed the same thing happen to me on occasion. I assumed, it was some setting on my part or the senders.
