What is the best way to move data from (Jounal, OneNote, etc) between two users on the same tablet?

Do the two users need to share the data (one changes something, the other should be able to see those changes).

If that is the requirement, then you could create a separate folder for items to be shared in this way.

Log in as Administrator
create a new folder (with my sense of humour I'd make it here: C:\both)
give both users full access to that shared folder
Create a shortcut to the shared folder in the My Documents folder of each user

Have the two users store the data to be shared in the shared folder.

Does that meet your needs?

They are just moving the data from one user to the other one time no need to share it.

Trying to think of a way that doesn't involve changing permissions and uses the Windows user interface. Admittedly this is not the slickest way, but it sounds like a one time job.

How about this:

Have one user open the Shared Documents folder

Start
My Computer
Shared Dcouments

Drag the files you want to move into that folder

Switch users

Have the other user open the Shared Documents folder (same as above)
Drag the files to wherever they are needed
