Well, two SD Cards later, and I still can't seem to see the device in attached storage.

I first tried a 256 MB SD Card (Lexar brand) and after reading some posts about incompatibility with large cards, I bought a 32 MB card.

I've tried rebooting, inserting before boot, after boot etc. and XP doesn't seem to recognize the card.

I don't know if this is a hardware problem, an OS problem or other?

Has anyone else run across this?

OK.. so I feel dumb posting this now. I had recently refreshed my tablet after a bad XP error (corrupt kernel... ouch) and forgot to re-install the 4-in-1 cardbus reader. I just installed it and both SD cards work.
