I got new NEC, it will replace my PDA. I found that the tap is not sensitive enough(I mean mouse click with a pen), while on PDA, it ony needs very light tap, on NEC, I need put some presure and after some time of using, I feel tired and very unconforable. I wonder if there is settings somethere that I can change this? I am expecting a light touch and go...also, is it possible to right click at hoover position just by clicking the button on the pen?

I have experienced the same tapping issue. But, mine seems to have only recently become an issue. I can't tell if it is a sensitivity issue or CPU response issue stemming from the processor being busy.

And, no, you cannot right click without tapping the screen.
