I am in the market for a new tablet. I need something that has a TV-Out port. Preferably RCA/Composite... but ill take S-Video. I need the ability to connect my tablet to a TV for presentation.

I already know the Acer c300 line has it. Are there any other tablet manufacturers besides Acer that have this? I would really like the Toshiba M205 but I don't think this has it.

Is there a 3rd party solution that will allow me to project onto a TV. I need this to work for a DVD. Any PCMCIA cards out there that will give you TV out capability?

I would imagine that there are many different types of VGA to RCA/composite cables out there, and most tablets have VGA output ports. Also, you should check out the details of each tablets docking station. A lot of times the docking stations have connections not found on the tablet itself.

You could also use two computers. A desktop connected to the television, and the tablet wirelessly connected to the desktop.

The port replicator and two computer option is not possible since I am doing this work on the road.

Ive tried converting VGA to TV... but it never works 100% as compared to a laptop having a TV-OUT.

Have you looked at the (small) USB 2.0 video boxes that Dazzle puts out? I have never looked into it myself, but have heard of the product. Here's the URL:
