Well worth reading - and don't flip over the size of the download. If you aren't doing a rollout to multiple machines you can probably bypass the 1 gig download.

Increased reliability and performance of Windows Vista when entering sleep and resuming from sleep.

Improves the time to become active from Hibernate and Resume modes.
