On paper - Everything!

As I haven't recieved mine yet I can't say in reality ...BUT It looks like Motion have listened to their customers (What a concept) and the new case looks promising.

I'm just waiting on it's pending arrival.

Where did you see info regarding the new case? I went to the website, but there was no info. Hey, can Motion make the pics of their products any smaller? How about an option to see products beside thumbnail mode? I am waiting on the rumored detachable keyboard before any new case options (or perhaps a case won't be needed at all). I have the original executive case and it was a waste of money, even after heavy mods like slicing holes in it for all the ports, and cutting off the stupid plastic strap on the right side. It is still ill-fitting and encroaches on screen real estate, and it also has the annoying habit of catching on the button to eject the PC card everytime I take it in and out (say, to flexdock). Thank goodness it no longer smells like New Jersey, though. Let's hope the next version is an improvement!

In the same vein, has anyone ordered the M-Series Slip Case from Motion? I see it is no longer delayed until late July on the site, but I'm curious what people thought of it. I was interested in it due to the clear window as a screen protector, but how well does that work? Anyone have any feedback on this?

I've got the new executive portfolio on order. I called today to check on the status and was told that the first batch would be shipping out on the 30th and the second batch on the 11th. Hope I'm in the first! I'll post here when I get it and have more info to share.

It arrived early! Haven't had a chance to use it yet but it looks wonderful. Nice leather, good fit in and out of the clips (much easier than in and out of the docking station), extra pocket for business cards/flash memory/whatever, and even a small pocket for paper (remember paper?!?). There might even be room for the keyboard if you feel the need to have it close but I haven't checked that yet. All in all, first impressions justify the "executive" title!
