Ok, just recieved the tablet, beautiful, love it, ubt i thought the keyboard could protect the screen when your lugging it around, i didn't know the screen faces away from the keybaord when folded, is there anytype of hard plastic cover you can snap on the screen while in transit? and when in use maybe snap it on the back of the unit (obviously it would need a hole where the vent fans are though) im just paranoid about carrying it in a bag, with nothing against the screen

I do not know of a hard plastic case, but you may find a reasonable solution with the softer plastic screen protector. I got mine from a tip on this bulletin board - at http://strongengineering.com/miva?/Merchant2/merchant.mv+Screen=PROD&Store_Code=BA&Product_Code=CI400&Category_Code=SP+Compaq

also, there is a thread on this board about using double sided tape on the screen to help keep the screen protector in place - beyond what comes with the screen protector itself. I did not do that, but should have.

Good luck and have fun!

I have had mine since December and I put only a thin plastic screen protector on mine and toss it into my briefcase to lug it around every day without the ugly rubber flap. I'm not very careful with it, but so far everything is fine. The thing is remarkably rugged despite its fragile appearance.

www.tombihn.com <-- Buy a Brain Cell or a Monolith. They're expensive but apparently they're really good - especially in combination with the Brain Bag or Smart Alec.
