As a registered Tablet Planner user, I got an e-mail yesteray inviting me to a forum to discuss pros and cons of the Tablet Planner 2.0 program...just curious, anyone else get an invite from Franklin Covey?...

I have been reading the Planner posts pretty much from the onset of that thread, and have lots to tell them of course...

I received one also. I'm probably just being cynical, but it looks like a big marketing effort. Say something nice and you'll be quoted, but tell them that the planner has problem. Well, thanks for your input.

It would be very nice if they listened and acted upon user's suggestions. That would be in line with my first impression to the "Seven Habits" many years ago. Sadly all I now see is a company more interested in profits than its "mission". I commented in an earlier post about their charging their customers for technical support. Still I'll probably respond.

I spoke with them today...it was a combination of wanting a quote as well as input...the interviewer seemed to take interest in what I have to say. I didn't have the heart to tell him that I have gone back exclusively to Outlook.
