OK...so I read on another web site that today (June 30th) Microsoft has indeed released One Note Commercial version ahead of schedule -- but where? Not listed on any of the software vendor sites nor on Microsoft.com itself.
Anyone see this?
I'm unsure if microsoft would release it so shortly after the second beta refresh. It seems premature to me. I also could not find anything except for one article on itnews.com. I googlenewsed for onenote and that was it.

Supposed to release sometime in the fall . . . 2003.

Woah, hold on there Speedy, we have a while until the full version comes out. the beta works great, though (with the refresh) and if it was available, you wouldn't be wondering where to find it.

Ok, here is my understanding of what happened. There was indeed a news story on ITNews.com that stated that OneNote had been released. In reality, it has NOT been released and it still has a ways to go before it is ready for release. The ITNews article has since been modified to reflect this...

BTW, I love my OneNote beta (WITH the Refresh) and I use it everyday. I think it rocks.

Yeah, I have to admit, with the refresh, OneNote is the one application I actually use every day. Love it.

How do you use OneNote successfully? I gave up...it kept on splitting my notes into a billion pieces. Unless you write exactly in a straight line and don't vary your letter height, it seems to create multiple "blocks". Is there any way to merge these blocks or prevent this from happening? Is there any way to split blocks?
Any tips? For now Windows Journal seems to be the easiest thing...

If you have the refresh, turn or the page lines and set ink input to text as the default. That helped me.

I stopped using Windows journal - One Note is very useful - like it has been said before - YOU MUST INSTALL THE REFRESH - without it it is unuseable. With it - it is quick, easy to understand, powerful (I love the "view all note flags") function. With One Note, I get what I wanted out of the tablet - a replacement for my million notepads scattered around.

I just want the scratch out gesture!!!!!!!! Why is it not in there? Also I want support for a pen thinner than the pressure sensitive, but thicker than the ballpoints, like in journal.
Otherwiae I love it, especially the audiosync feature.
