I assume all the Bible software the runs on XP will run on the tablet but has anybody come across any tablet aware Bible software or any cool things you can do with a tablet and Bible software?

Thanks,
TMC

If you can get on the internet:

http://www.htmlbible.com/
http://www.htmlbible.com/#free
http://www.htmlbible.com/cgi-bin/search/search.pl
I believe you can download a version too.

I use the Palm Reader and the NIV Bible for that. This way I retain the ability to look up words using the dictionary on Palm Reader Pro (I really love this feature). The chapter lookup is nice, the only thing missing is the ability to go to a chapter and verse directly. Works nicely on the tablet, though.

I like using e-sword a lot: www.e-sword.net Though it is not optimised for tabletPC, using it in portrait mode is great.

Thanks for all the info folks. I use WordSearch and it's been a good program for me but it doesn't work well with Word 2003. I'm still hoping that it will work with the RTM of Office 2003 though.

I have been using Logos, and it is one fantastic program. And it works quite well on the TPC. A bit more pricey, but worth every penny IMHO.

I'll second the vote for e-sword. I like the interface for Theophilos a lot, but e-sword gives you almost everything you could want for free. The only thing I had to spend money on was the NASB translation. I've even started using it in church.

Anybody used PC Study Bible on a Tablet PC? I've used that on my desktop in the past, but the version I have is rather old. I like the looks of E-sword there, but no NIV bible is available for it, and that is the translation I use the most.

markpayton - Where did you buy a NASB translation for it?
