Motion LE1600 and Windows 7 - worth it?

I have read with great interest all the posts here of members who have upgraded their Motion LE1600 to Windows 7. What is not clear, is whether a) the device is fully functional in Win 7 re: bluetooth, WiFi, sound, screen driver, etc and b) whether the upgrade from XP is in fact worth all the effort. Can anyone who has upgraded their LE1600 machine comment on these issues. Specifically, what can I look forward to in Win 7 if I take on the task of this upgrade.
