hello...

I'm getting used to my x200 for clinical use. we are having persistent issues with pen tracking (and multitouch, but that is more understandable).

I've calibrated many times, but it never seems quite right, certainly not as good as with my motion 1600 i've used for the past 4yrs.

on the edges of the screen the tracking is off, sometimes by up to 1/2cm, very annoying especially for scrollbars, pulldowns, etc.

anyone else having these issues? How to fix?

Funny thing is, on the calibration screen when I use my pen very precisely on the crosshairs, the little windows "ripple" that shows the sensed point is off by a fair bit, depending on the point on the screen. If i purposely click off of the crosshairs, in order to get the ripple to be on the center of the crosshairs, the resultant tracking is better.

Again, most of the issues are on the edges of the screen.

Finally, have people had to calibrate for each screen orientation? I'm only using primary and secondary landscape, but it still seems a pain.

thanks

Ben
