TC1100 Button Problems

Ok, I have dozens of tc1100's with the same problem: After loading Tablet XP and the drivers using the disks provided by HP, and none of the buttons work. Not the top buttons, or the light-up buttons (although they do light up when I put the pen near them). I've tried re-installing the pen driver and the wacom driver with no positive results. Since I have dozens with the same problem, this is not an isolated incident. Any suggestions????? Oh, and I think I've tried ALL the suggestions posted here.

you need to install the correct Nvidia drivers, too. Although this guide is for W7, it uses the XP drivers, so follow that guide concerning which drivers to download and install http://mobilepcwiki.com/mpc/index.php?title=HP/TC1100/Windows_7_Installation_Notes

Can you confirm if the Q-Menu program is installed? The top buttons on the tablet I received from eBay wouldn't work until I installed it.
