Windows 7 Release Candidate build 7100 is running great for me. Rotation seems to be working fine.
I will report back with any issues as I discover them.

Please let us know. Were you able to install it as an upgrade from Win 7 beta?
Can you get Biometrics (Fingerprint) to work natively?
I want to install Win 7 RC1, but I just got the beta working pretty nice and I don't want to have to do it all over again until the summer:biggrin1:

<<...Were you able to install it as an upgrade from Win 7 beta?..>>
Heavy: Microsoft has anticipated your question and they specifically do not recommend it. (In fact, if memory serves, they have disabled this particular option.) Instead, they require you to do a clean install of Win7RC.
Win7 RC will upgrade install over a standard Vista installation, however...

I finished installing RC1 from a portable HD. The installation went smoothly.
HAS anyone noticed that RC1 Boot up time is around twice as slow a Beta version?
I really hope that it doesn't mean the real Windows 7 version will be twice as slow as RC1. If so, it's VISTA all over again.
