I just resurrected my portege 3500 for use as (seriously, don't laugh) a digital household binder, but managed to crack the LCD today. I had not used it for a couple of years and restored the OS and just got onenote installed when I cracked the LCD. Nice, huh?
I've been out of the tablet shopping game for a long time, but it seems that I am finding myself potentially in the market for one. I'd like to go with used, I have a brand new laptop that is my main computer. The requirements I have are:
- Enough ram to run onenote 2007 reliably
- wireless LAN
- decent battery life
- I'd prefer a smaller convertible (didn't acer make a tiny one back in the day?)
My budget is about $500, give or take. Obviously, I want as much RAM/Processor power as I can get for my money.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Stacy
