Windows 7 on LE1700

If I had a copy of windows 7 and an LE1700 with a fresh hard drive, how would one install it given the fact there's no floppy drive. I have an external dvd/cd drive that connects via USB, but it doesn't show in the bios as a boot location.

How does Motion install the OS on the hard drive?

Your copy of Windows 7 is on a DVD I would guess. If you just boot the tablet with the DVD already plugged in, doesn't it try and boot from that?

Hi John,
I had it stuck in my head that the copy of windows 7 had to be in a drive that is bootable.
I made a new partition, stuck the install disk in the external drive, picked the partition and the install took off.
