I'm not into spending $165 for any program, but $99 is a lot more reasonable. They will not give you this price in the store, unless you buy multiples.
Hope this helps someone... convinced me to buy it :D

Those links don't work, and I don't mind if you post any links to deals, heck I'm the one who posted the code to Tablet Planner when they were dumb enough to send it out in an email for free.

Its too bad I lost that code shortly after with a reformat, anyone wanna help a fella out? :)
I made a mistake when I ordered, and purchased the mailed version... But, mine was "expiring" so when I called I got a number. If they send me a second # when they send the CD out I'll let ya know =)

Beware .... Tablet Planner download version is NOT available for $99!
"Thank you for your order. The item number that you have requested is one that is only valid if you are to purchase the Talbet PC from us also (together). Since you have not purchased the tablet pc the price for the download is $135.96 instead of $99.95. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.
EDS/Franklin Covey International".
Wouldn't it be nice if the "Bundle" mentioned the conditions of purchase at the price indicated.
Impressed? Not! This is after Franklin confirming the order and sending me the unlocking key and then a $10 discount against my next buy! It's good to know that irony is not dead.

Franklin Covey International is not on my favorite vendors list. I recently went to a major store in Chicago and could not get any one of the 5 attendants in the store to demonstrate the software on the TPC other than the rudimentary stuff that I could have figured out by myself. One of the attendants said they would have someone who is more proficient give me a call ... but I never received one. They were friendly though (if not very helpful).
Too bad that the $99 deal turned out to be a bust ... $135 seems a little pricey for a software that has some basic features ... but lacks the tuff of a more sophisticated program (e.g., BIN feature). 2.0 still seems more like a "let's get it out the door fast - that shoulda been a beta" version.

Has anyone actually purchased Tablet planner. In Canadian dollars it's $300. Too rich for my blood. I used the 30 day trial & liked it.

In truth, in its current limited state, it's not worth $135.96. I'd recommend waiting for either a significant price drop or more functionality.

If you have been on a paper planner, the avoided cost of annual paper filler purchases creates a positive return over time. If you have to bill your time, the avoided cost of rewriting your to do list into forward days creates an immediate return.
The ability to hand ink your meeting notes into your calendar without fumbling for extra pages or having to look for them later is priceless.
Well, I purchased it at the $99 price (shipped version), I have my key code, called support to get one, and said I ordered the wrong one, and told them my order number. They gave me the code over the phone, and I recieved a shipping confirmation the next day.
So, if they give you problems with the downloaded version, just buy the mailed version. I did this last week, and have not had any issues with them saying that you can't buy it. What I have found is that all of the people at FC, seem to all function independantly, andhave no idea what anyone else is allowed to do.
And, limited or not, for me this program is very worth it. My life organization has likely doubled since I started using it.
EDIT: Got the $99 boxed edition in the mail today :D
