Tomorrow I take delivery of a Toshiba 3505. My question is would you load Office 2000 or Office 2003 Beta? I tried 03 on my present PIII 500Mh laptop. It was slow and although it has some cool features, I was disappointed in the Contact Manager add on. I was hoping it would match up to ACT but I don't think it's even close. With the new machine, I want to try to get as "paperless" as possible and my thought is to run PaperPort because of it's easy folder arrangement and it's quick search engine. Any thoughts or comments will be appreciated.

I'm putting 2003 beta on my Acer Centrino tomorrow instead of Office XP 2002.

Office 2k has no Ink support. You can install Office XP and the Tablet PC Pack for Office and you'll get some Ink support if you want to stay away from beta code on your Tablet. Otherwise, given the choice between 2k and 2003, I'd go 2003 for the Ink integration.
