Please Confirm T2010

Can anyone confirm the reviews of the T2010's lettering on the keyboard smearing or chipping off? I read this several times in various reviews, and this would be a deal breaker for me. I am notorious for being hard on keyboards and if it's not up to par to begin with then no can do.

My company has sold a bunch of these and we have a demo unit that goes out regularly. Never heard of this problem before today.
